The strange story of an urban experiment

Patrick Bouchain and Sophie Ricard, urban architects, experiment in Rennes a new way of meeting the needs of the city and its inhabitants. Surrounding the Pasteur building, a vast disused site, they trigger, inspire and coordinate a multitude of activities generated by citizens, for citizens, to bring out the needs and desires of the people of Rennes.
This is the story of a collective adventure, both human and political, and of the doubts, resistance and enthusiasm that follow it, because the city belongs to each of us.
